Question 1

How much does installation cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Delivery, installation, setup and training are free for qualified Central Florida locations. There is no lease and no monthly equipment fee.

Question 2

How often do you restock our machines?

Accepted Answer

Most accounts are serviced weekly. Higher-volume sites are serviced two or three times per week, and remote telemetry triggers additional visits when inventory runs low.

Question 3

What payment methods do your machines accept?

Accepted Answer

All modern machines accept credit and debit cards, contactless tap, and mobile wallets — plus cash and coin where you want it.

Question 4

Do you accept Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every cashless reader we install supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and tap-to-pay cards.

Question 5

Can machines still take cash?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bill validators and coin mechanisms are standard, and we can configure cash-free machines if you prefer.

Question 6

Do you offer healthy products?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We can build a fully better-for-you planogram, or blend healthy picks alongside traditional favorites — including low-sugar, high-protein and gluten-free items.

Question 7

Do you pay commissions?

Accepted Answer

Commission programs are available for qualifying locations based on volume and product mix. We will review the numbers with you honestly during your consultation.

Question 8

Who maintains and repairs the machines?

Accepted Answer

We do, at no cost. Preventive maintenance happens on every service visit, and repairs are handled by our own local technicians.

Question 9

Can we customize the products offered?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we encourage it. Your planogram is built from your team's requests and refined with real sales data.

Question 10

How fast do you respond to service issues?

Accepted Answer

Most issues are resolved within 24 hours, and many the same day. Refund requests are typically processed within one business day.

Question 11

Who owns the equipment?

Accepted Answer

We do. You get the machines, the technology and the service without capital expense or maintenance responsibility.

Question 12

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Orange, Osceola and Brevard counties — including Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, DeLand, Deltona, Palm Coast, Sanford, Lake Mary, Titusville and Kissimmee.
